Your rep target each day is the day number. Day 1 is one pushup, Day 47 is 47, Day 100 is 100. You do not do 100 every day — the first two weeks are deliberately easy, because building the habit matters more than the effort. Reps can be split across as many sets as you like, whenever suits your day.
That's expected, and the plan is built for it. On Day 1 you pick wall, knee or full pushups, and the app builds your plan around whichever you choose and the max you can actually do. You move up the ladder as you get stronger — there's no requirement to start on full pushups.
The plan adjusts. Missed days are recorded honestly, your targets recalculate, and if you fall behind the app eases the load rather than piling it on. Sundays are rest days and never break your streak. You do not have to start over.
On your phone. There are no accounts and no servers, and nothing is sent to us — see the Privacy Policy. If you're signed in to iCloud, your progress is also mirrored to your own private iCloud storage so a new phone or a reinstall doesn't cost you your streak.
Sign in to the same iCloud account and install the app. On a fresh install with no progress yet, it restores your saved challenge automatically. If you've already logged days on the new phone, that local progress is kept and the cloud copy is ignored — the app will never overwrite work you've just done.
Open Progress and tap the gear icon. You can turn reminders on or off and choose when they arrive. If you previously declined notifications, the app will send you to iOS Settings, because iOS won't ask twice.
Progress → gear → Delete all my data. This clears everything on the device and the iCloud copy. It cannot be undone. Deleting the app alone also removes its local data.
No. 100/100 is a general fitness tool, not medical advice. Please read the health disclaimer in the Terms, and talk to a doctor before starting if you have any reason to.
