100/100 is a fitness and motivation tool that guides a 100-day pushup challenge. It is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.
100/100 is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness guidance. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before beginning this or any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant, or have any doubt about your fitness to exercise. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. You participate entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for exercising safely, using proper form, and judging what is appropriate for your own body. The targets and progressions in the app are general suggestions, not a personalized prescription.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result (health, fitness, or otherwise) will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury from exercise. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the app.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The current version is always dated above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
